Your service rolls over and is banked for later.
As long as you keep your On Repeat membership active, your unused treatment stays safe and ready when you are.
This doesn't apply to skipped payments—your membership must stay current to keep your banked services.
❓ What’s the rate + commitment?
On Repeat is a premium upgrade—an additional monthly charge on top of your existing $149/month Beauty Bank® membership.
Your rate is $99/month, locked in for 12 months with your enrollment.
After your 12-month commitment, your membership continues month-to-month at the current On Repeat rate at that time.

Not right now—but you can bank treatments, so even if you skip a month, your glow doesn’t.
❓ Where can I read all the official stuff?
We’ve got the receipts.
❓ How do I gift a treatment?
You’ll use a quick JotForm to let us know who’s receiving your monthly treatment.
We’ll take it from there. Just make sure the transfer is submitted before the appointment is scheduled.
❓ Can I switch between Facial and HeadSpa?
Yes! You can choose each month depending on what your skin—or your stress level—is calling for.
❓ What if I want both the Facial and the HeadSpa?
We love that for you.
On Repeat covers one service per month, but you’re always welcome to book the other separately at your BB rate.
❓ Is there a limited number of spots?
Yes. We plan to cap enrollment once we hit capacity to protect the quality of service and appointment availability.

❓ Can I get a refund if I don’t use it?
No—BB On Repeat is a non-refundable membership.
There are no refunds, cash value, or credits for unused months.
This program is structured as a skincare lifestyle—not a pay-as-you-go model.
❓ What if I don’t want a facial or headspa this month?
No problem.
You can bank your service for future use—as long as your On Repeat membership is active.
Prefer to share the glow? You can also gift it (once per month) with a quick transfer form.
❓ How long can I keep my banked treatments?
As long as you're a current On Repeat member, you can keep banking unused treatments.
If you cancel, you’ll have 90 days from your last billing date to use any remaining banked services. After that, they expire.
❓ Can I use the value toward something else?
No.
On Repeat services:
Cannot be converted to BB credit
Cannot be applied to other treatments
Cannot be exchanged for product or retail
This is about consistency and glow—not swapping or saving.
❓ What if I cancel?
We love our members—and we built On Repeat to give you serious, exclusive savings.
That’s why this program comes with a little more structure than our usual BB model.
Because when you're saving thousands on monthly facials or headspa treatments, we ask for one thing in return: a 12-month commitment to your skincare lifestyle.
If you cancel On Repeat before the 12 months are up, you’ll still be responsible for finishing your agreement at the standard rate of $99/month.
If you also cancel your Beauty Bank® membership, your On Repeat membership ends too—and the same policy applies.
